The fifth International Conference of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) is being held in Mauritius from August 3 to 5, 2026, under the theme “Strengthening Governance in a World of Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity and Ambiguity (VUCA)”.
The event brings together business leaders and professionals around new challenges linked to governance and international cooperation.
Financial Services Minister Jyoti Jeetun has called for more resilient institutions and better integration of environmental, social and governance (ESG) principles.
She also affirmed that the ratification of the protocol amending the tax convention between Mauritius and India should promote investments and strengthen investor confidence.
