A light, warm air current circulates over the region. Clouds associated with the remains of a frontal system will influence the local weather from this evening, according to the weather bulletin from the Vacoas station issued this Thursday, April 30.

The weather will be sunny during the day. However, cloudy developments are expected in the northwest, north and on the central plateau in the afternoon, with localized showers. These showers could be temporarily moderate.

The maximum temperature will vary between 26 and 28 degrees Celsius in high terrain and between 30 and 33 degrees Celsius in coastal areas.

During the night, cloudy periods are expected with showers mainly over the southern half of the island and on the central plateau. Pockets of fog are also expected.

The minimum temperature will oscillate between 19 and 21 degrees Celsius on the central plateau and between 23 and 25 degrees Celsius on the coast.

The wind will blow from the southeast at around 15 km/h, gradually strengthening overnight.
