The police discovered a 38-year-old man, an entrepreneur, lying on the floor in the living room of his home, in La Source, Quatre-Bornes, with a bleeding wound. The SAMU could only note his death.
The deceased's wife was arrested by the police as part of the investigation.
An autopsy is planned for this Friday to determine the exact causes of death.
