Daniel Alexandre Heeraman, 31, residing at Résidence Les Corsaires, Mont Choisy, died this Wednesday, June 10 around 6:10 a.m. in the intensive care unit of SSRN hospital.
He had been hospitalized since the serious accident at Arsenal on June 3.
According to the first elements of the investigation, he was driving on the Route Royale when he lost control of his car. The vehicle ended its journey in a gutter along the roadway.
Seriously injured, the driver was rushed to hospital and placed in intensive care.
An autopsy was to be performed to determine the exact cause of death.
The police investigation continues.
