Tourism Minister Richard Duval has appealed to the occupants of a car appearing in a video that has gone viral on social media to file a complaint with the police. The footage shows a man engaging in an indecent act in public near an occupied vehicle. According to Richard Duval, the scene was filmed in Flic-en-Flac. In a publication on his Facebook page, the minister indicates that he alerted the police as soon as he became aware of the video. He claims to have been informed that officers from the Field Intelligence Unit (FIU) and the CID are currently looking for the suspect, whose face is clearly visible in the images. Richard Duval specifies, however, that no complaint had been officially recorded at the time of its publication. According to the information communicated to him, the investigation could progress more quickly if one of the occupants of the vehicle agreed to file a formal complaint with the authorities. The minister adds that the investigators would already have elements allowing them to identify the presumed place of residence of the wanted individual.
