The alleged perpetrator of indecent acts committed in public in Flic-en-Flac against the occupants of a car was arrested this Tuesday morning by the Roche-Bois CID, led by Inspector Seelochun.
This is Donovan Brandon Melisse, aged 18 and living on Route Royale, Baie-du-Tombeau.
According to information collected, his arrest took place as part of an investigation into two cases of theft committed in the Baie-du-Tombeau region.
However, at this stage, the victims of the alleged “Gross Indecent Act in Public” which sparked strong reactions on social networks have not yet filed a complaint with the police.
