After a first stop in Calodyne, then in Grand-Baie, in front of an ATM where a withdrawal would have been made using the victim's bank card, the suspects in the investigation into the murder of Gino Bodha were taken to La Nicolière, where the body would have been abandoned.
Maël Rose and Ismaël Larhubarbe, aged 21, took turns indicating the place where they would have stopped before getting rid of the body.
Employed as a graphic designer in a watch factory in Baie-du-Tombeau, Gino Bodha is said to have lost his life following an altercation linked to drug consumption. Maël Rose is suspected of having strangled him before seeking help from Ismaël Larhubarbe to make the body disappear, after noting that the victim was no longer breathing.
The two young men are currently facing a provisional charge of murder.
