Checked with an alcohol level of 79 mg, above the authorized limit, a 50-year-old motorcyclist was arrested by the Traffic Branch on the night of May 3 to 4 in Phoenix.
The man, employed as a helper in a private company and resident of Castel, was riding a motorcycle when he was intercepted around 11:43 p.m. on the main road, near the taxi stand.
Informed of the offense, he was duly warned and released after regaining his state of sobriety.
