For the lawyer, there is no concrete measure for the judiciary and that is disappointing. He is of the opinion that the Rs 15 million allocated for the recruitment of “court officers” are far from sufficient. Because today there is a growing lack of staff in all the courts on the island. Concerning the Court of Appeal under study, Me Yatin Varma maintained that this point has been announced for a long time but that until now nothing has been done. For him, E-Judiciary is a rehash. He says he hopes that at least part of the measures will be implemented.
