As part of its digital transformation strategy, the Central Electricity Board (CEB) intends to modernize its online services through the development of a new corporate website and a new mobile application compatible with iOS, Android and Huawei platforms. The goal is to provide customers and stakeholders with a smoother, secure and user-friendly digital experience. The new platforms will replace current tools, including the ceb.mu site and the MoKouran application, while maintaining integration with the SAP ERP system for access to subscriber information, account statements, consumption data and payment processing.
