At the time of the incident, she was holding her youngest child in her arms while the other two were at her side. She maintains that several members of the family were also present in the living room. Shortly after, the two older children were allegedly taken out of the room by another occupant of the house, who then locked the door. The declarant claims in her statement that she heard her children crying, screaming and calling for help while she was questioned.
