This is what the Prime Minister, Navin Ramgoolam, declared in response to a parliamentary question from MP Adrien Duval, during Prime Minister's Question Time (PMQT), this Tuesday, August 4.
According to the head of government, the roles and responsibilities of Junior Ministers must be reviewed.
As he had already indicated on Monday at State House, Navin Ramgoolam reaffirmed that the government is considering a return to the system of Parliamentary Private Secretaries.
“It's just a consideration,” however, clarified the Prime Minister.
Adrien Duval, for his part, insisted on the fact that Junior Ministers do not have clearly defined roles.
